Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- It must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
⚠️ For hygiene reasons, items that have been used or worn cannot be accepted for return.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used personal care or grooming products
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the correct item is to:
- Return the original item (if eligible)
- Place a new order once the return is approved
European Union customers (14-day cooling-off period)
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
